Pump & Hydromotor Repairs
We specialize in repairing piston, vane and gear pumps as well as hydromotors. Every repaired unit is tested on a test bench — we guarantee parameters according to manufacturer specifications.

Testing under maximum load
Hydraulic converter testing is carried out across the full load range at operating temperature. We measure pressure, flow rate, RPM, response time, current, and other parameters. Converters are set by default precisely to the machine manufacturer's specifications. We detect 99% of issues and, on request, adjust operating parameters.

Repair process
Intake & disassembly
Each converter receives a unique identification number upon intake for history tracking. We then disassemble the damaged converter, carry out a visual inspection, measure all components, and define the scope of repair.
Diagnostics & quote
After the complete inspection, you receive a quotation with a breakdown of parts for replacement and repair, the estimated repair time, and photographic documentation of all damaged parts.
Repair & assembly
We repair or replace damaged components as agreed, using original parts.
Testing & handover
Every unit is tested on a bench, set to required parameters and delivered with a complete test report.
Important: For fast quote processing, we need the unit's label plate, or the machine VIN if the label is missing.
Repairs of hydraulic pumps
Complete input diagnostics, verification of worn components, repair or replacement and full parameter testing on a test bench. Repair scope is always discussed with the customer — pumps are set to requested parameters after repair.

Hydromotor repairs
The diagnostics and repair process is identical to that for hydraulic pumps, and testing is performed on a test bench with a hydraulic brake. The final protocol/test report also includes the relationship between shaft speed and torque.
Available repair types
Complete overhaul
After repair, the hydraulic pump delivers like-new performance.
Fault removal
Replacement of only the strictly necessary parts to restore the hydraulic pump to operation.
Inspection + seal replacement
Comprehensive inspection of the entire pump plus replacement of all seals.
Incoming test
We determine the exact condition of your hydraulic pump.
