Hydraulic System Repairs & Modifications

We specialize in comprehensive repairs and modifications of hydraulic systems for both mobile and industrial applications. We handle the entire process from A to Z — from initial inspection, solution design and implementation, through to testing, commissioning, final handover, and subsequent maintenance/service. We primarily implement components from German manufacturers Rexroth and ArgoHytos, guaranteeing maximum reliability and system longevity. All designs and subsequent work are continuously consulted with the responsible representative of the investor or the investor themselves.

Donelli PTH – 350

Sleeper laying machine repair

The repair included a complete replacement of the entire hydraulic system to increase efficiency and reduce heat losses. It also improved overall system reliability and modified the active filtration system. The original hose routing was replaced with piping to increase dissipation of waste heat to the surroundings.

A new electrical and hydrostatic circuit was designed.

The original hydraulic components were replaced with new Rexroth and ArgoHytos components.

Simplified control of the entire system.

Increased safety and smooth system operation.

MFS40 Hopper wagon

Complete hydraulic system overhaul

The repair included a complete replacement of the entire hydraulic system to increase efficiency and reduce heat losses. It also improved overall system reliability and modified the active filtration system. The original hose routing was replaced with piping to increase dissipation of waste heat to the surroundings.

The original open hydrostatic circuit was replaced by two hydrostatic circuits (the first closed-loop for floor drive, the second for boom drive and other auxiliary functions).

Original hydraulic components replaced with new ones from Rexroth and ArgoHytos.

Simplified control of the entire system.

Increased safety and smoother operation of the actuators.
